The car pulls up, doors swing open, trunk yawns in unison with the early hour, and luggage hits the curb with a soft whompffff. The moment has come to say our goodbyes, and I brace myself. My husband is off on a quick trip to visit his son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren. The bustle at the airport always brings an edgy excitement, but not enough to make me smile on this day. We hold each other while the baggage carts metallically jangle past and security guards check their watches. Our foreheads touch for a second. The “I love you’s” are fervent and meant to linger until we see each other again. The kisses, ah the kisses. They were the best part of my day.
A Message From Gail
Through my blog and website, I hope to share beauty, laughter, inspiration, aging & midlife lessons and advice on dealing with menopause. I will also devote time to integrative health and healing tips and news. I want feedback and questions because, while we may be sharing the journey, every woman has her own experience and her own story.

Hiya, super blog. I am trying to start my own site! What type of software do you use? Is there a ton of maintenance that goes along with it. Thanks for any advice you can give. Michel Jemison in Longyan

Hi!
Thanks for the nice words. It can be a bit of a challenge to start a website. I’m not a techie by any means and I’m doing it with the help of techie friends and a great web-designer. With their help mainenance is pretty much a non-issue. My best advice would be find a web-designer like Lauren…I have her link on my home page under Tech-Con…and get your questions answered for your individual design and vision. Good luck!
